About: Phil has had a journey in the company since joining in 2015. Initially starting as an Account Manager on the permanent side, he has since developed his skills across the board, to now specialising in Contract Recruitment. He focuses on full contract delivery, including IR35 knowledge and client and candidate contract sourcing and support.
Phil is an avid football fan, supporting Luton Town. His dedication to the club spilled into his personal life when naming his dog; Pelly. When he's not recruiting, he'll be spending time with his family. or becoming the Spectrum IT Go Karting Champion.
