About: Steve is a founding member of Spectrum IT and with vast knowledge of IT recruitment, he performs a number of aspects of the role. From consultant, team leader, mentor to subject expert, his knowledge of the industry and passion for the job inspires confidence with clients and candidates. Steve’s favourite part of the role is working with people to solve problems. Whether that’s working with a new client to improve candidate engagement and hiring success ratios, driving diversity and inclusivity, or helping candidates on their career journey.
Steve has helped to craft recruitment strategy for some of the UK’s fastest growing tech start-ups and established FTSE 250’s. Having spent over 20 years in IT & Tech recruitment, Steve has a masterful range of solutions to suit the most complex of challenges.
Outside of work Steve has a love for family, travel, adventure and music. Although he doesn’t do muddy festivals, fair weather hedonism only!
