Overview
Our work with Navico highlights the importance of finding the right fit for a team to help with business success, as well as building a partnership between Spectrum IT and the in-house recruiting department.
We had a strong, existing relationship with the Development Manager from two previous companies, and over the years have brought this trust into our relationship with the hiring manager and Global Talent Manager at Navico.
We initially helped the team with salary benchmarking and fine-tuning their recruitment processes. Using our expertise and access to a substantial talent pool, we identified candidates who not only had the relevant technical skills, but also had the right attitude and enthusiasm, were keen to learn and were team players – key attributes that were important to the hiring team.
More recently, we’ve supported Navico with contract recruitment and IR35 compliance. So far, we’ve placed 13 permanent and 5 contract candidates into the company since 2017.
