Recruitment Portal


We can provide a personalised client applicant tracking system (ATS) which is co-branded as the client. CV tracking, interviews, and feedback is handled via this ATS. This helps to reduce client administration time logging CVs, arranging interviews, and providing feedback. The ATS acts as a central repository of recruiting data for clients

Job Specs & Coversheets

If you need to hire but don’t yet have a job specification, we can create one for you or provide templates to help you get started. To further streamline the hiring process, we ask candidates bespoke, role-specific questions and include their responses within detailed coversheets, reducing screening time while highlighting relevant project experience and technical expertise.

CV & Interview Review Workshop

Working in partnership with line managers / talent teams to help consider the most effective ways to review CVs and to ensure each application is being reviewed in a fair and transparent way

Recruitment Process Improvement

We can make recommendations to help improve your recruitment process. Lengthy drawn-out interview processes can often deter some candidates from progressing with an application

Bespoke Management Information

Providing management information on all aspects of a recruitment process via our CRM, we can monitor anything from CV feedback duration, CVs to interview ratio data, average process length and anything in between. Please reach out to a consultant with your MI requirments

Digital ID Checks

We have the ability to carry out digital right to work checks for employees via an approved government software package. This product conducts biometric and passport chip checks as part of the process

Background Screening

We can undertake all aspects of screening according to your requirments, including financial checks, DBS, references, and previous employment history
