About this event

Save the date!

We're happy to announce our next Women in Tech Hampshire event: The Importance of Women in AI!

AI is evolving at an unprecedented pace, transforming industries and reshaping the way we work, communicate, and make decisions. What once felt like futuristic concepts are now part of everyday life.

Our expert panel will explore the critical role women play in shaping the future of technology and artificial intelligence. We'll discuss why having more women in tech isn’t just about representation, but it's about driving smarter, more ethical innovation. The conversation will highlight the importance of building diverse tech teams and using inclusive data sets, showing how these elements are essential for creating fairer, more impactful AI solutions.

Summer BBQ

This meet-up will be slightly different, as we will be starting the event earlier and providing a BBQ! We are thrilled with how much the community has grown and would love to celebrate that by getting everyone together for a summer social. The ticket price will include a choice of meat or vegetarian options, plus salads and accompaniments. We will be providing selection of Pimms, beers, and soft drinks, also included in the ticket price. Spectrum IT Recruitment has very kindly subsidised part of the catering costs for this event.

There will be a longer networking session before the panel discussion, and the usual networking after, with the option to ask questions throughout. If you would like to submit any questions for the panel, please email Lauren or Amy on WiTH@SpectrumIT.co.uk.

Please note the BBQ will be the only food available.

If you have any questions with regards to tickets please email WiTH@SpectrumIT.co.uk
